A fast, clean way to read the National Weather Service forecast and alerts for where you are.

Weather Info shows the official National Weather Service forecast and active alerts for any U.S. ZIP code, without clutter. We add plain-English guides to hurricane season and weather alerts, and calculators for heat index and wind chill that use the NWS's own formulas.

Where the data comes from

• Forecasts and alerts come live from the National Weather Service's public data service, api.weather.gov, each time you search. We show its forecast and alert text as issued and link to the official page.
• ZIP code locations come from the U.S. Census Bureau's ZIP code tabulation areas. We look up the forecast for the center of your ZIP code, so conditions at your exact spot may differ.

Weather Info is independent and isn't affiliated with the National Weather Service, NOAA or any government agency.

Use official sources for safety

For decisions about your safety, check weather.gov, the National Hurricane Center and your local emergency management office, and follow instructions from local officials.
